Question: How will Jones and Bartlett’s acquisition of CDX Global affect customers?
Answer: The acquisition is very good news for customers of both CDX Global and Jones and Bartlett. Jones and Bartlett is eager to expand into the automotive training market as it compliments many of their existing technical training and career offerings. They are committed to maintaining the high quality service and support that has become a hallmark of CDX Global and to reaching students and instructors with real world, innovative and practical solutions for automotive skill based training and assessment.
Question: What roles will the employees and founders of CDX Global have with Jones and Bartlett?
Answer: CDX Global will continue to be run as a separate business unit within Jones and Bartlett. Customers should see no changes or impact on service levels or product quality. Technical support will still be provided by the CDX Customer Support Team, led by Georgina Groves.
Question: Why was CDX Global sold at this time?
Answer: With the worldwide e-learning and training markets expanding rapidly, especially in the career markets, CDX Global wanted the right partner with a shared vision on how technology can improve learning. Jones and Bartlett was an excellent match and CDX Global looks forward to working with them during this time of exciting growth in the career training and e-learning markets.
